Australian Grass Fed tenderloin beef. Grass fed beef is lean and tenderloin is the most tender, fine grained and juicy of beef cuts. Tenderloin can be roasted, grilled or pan fried. Small steak cuts are used for Filet Mignon while thicker parts are used for Chateaubriand.
