Australian Grass Fed Beef Brisket. This fatty joint is heavily trimmed prior to sale. Needing long, slow cooking, it is ideal for roasting or braising. Brisket is a fatty cut of beef. The fat is found in pockets throughout the cut. It is sold with this fat. If you require lean beef I suggest you choose another cut such as chuck tender. This is Certified Halal.
