Take it out from the freezer and place it in a refrigerator at 4°C for about 8-10 hours to defrost naturally. It can then be used as sashimi or sushi, it is delicious and full of umami.
It is also suitable for use in various dishes such as butter pan-fried, deep-fried, roasted, and salad.
