Hellers Spanish Chorizo Sausages from New Zealand are made with finely chopped pork, venison and beef that is lightly seasoned with the traditional spices of the Spanish culture to make a sausage that has a little kick. They are then filled into a 30mm casing, cooked and vacuum packed.
These are great for the family BBQ, picnic or summer holiday. It is best cooked by frying, grilling or barbecuing on medium heat turning often until the outside is golden brown. Juices should run clear.
