Organic Gold Sweet Potato - AUS

Australian Organic Gold Sweet Potatoes have thin, brown skin encasing bright orange flesh. The sweet flesh is a bit fibrous and has excellent texture when mashed. Gold sweet potatoes can be boiled, steamed, baked, roasted or fried. They will keep their lovely orange colour through cooking.
