Australia Ruby Grapefruits rind is yellow-orange with a blush of rose indicating ripeness. The peel is medium-thick and bittersweet laden with volatile oils that intensify when the rind is punctured or zested, releasing a bouquet of citrus aromatics. The ruby red pulp is juicy with a sweet-tart flavor and contains few, if any, seeds.
