Hellaby Prime Lamb is lean in texture with a delicate, mild flavour, qualifying Prime Lamb meets strict criteria for Grade & Fat Score, resulting in best qualities of selected Grass-Fed Lamb.

All the lambs are naturally raised by designated family farmers, they are Free Range having never been confined to a feedlot, with No added Hormones ever.

All finished primal & cuts are hand trimmed to exacting specification standards and our processing disciplines ensure that consistently deliver lean, succulent and delicately flavoured lamb.

The lamb tenderloin is one of the most tender cuts of lamb. It is delicate in flavour, soft and juicy, low-fat content, it suits gentle, quick and dry cooking methods to retain its juiciness, such as pan-frying, sautéing, grilling and roasting.
