The pork belly is the meat with a fat layer, which is close to the belly. The fat and lean meat have distinct layers and are rich in taste.
It is suitable for cooking marinated pork belly or braised pork. You can also use the air fryer to make a roasted crispy pork belly.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
A free-cutting service will be offered. Customers can either choose to cut them into steak or dice.
