The Grape variety is Chardonnay, their vinification methods aim to preserve the balance, harmony, and unique expression of these outstanding terroirs. The grapes are pressed and the juice is clarified at low temperature to preserve its freshness. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in a temperature-controlled stainless steel vat. This is followed by aging on fine lees in a stainless steel vat for 10 months.
The Bourgogne Chardonnay is the perfect introduction to Burgundy's most prestigious appellations. Green gold in colour with silver grey highlights. Its nose is charming with lemon notes developing into very soft vanilla accents.
It is served between 10 to 12°C.
Best to paired with toasted fish and seafood.
