The mini pumpkin has a sweet and nutty flavour, reminiscent of chestnuts, it tastes succulent and tender. It is incredibly versatile and can be used in culinary creations or Halloween decorations.
Simple version of whole pumpkin soup:
- Wash the pumpkin, wrap it in plastic wrap, and heat it in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes
- Cut the top, scoop out the seeds, and put the pumpkin into a deep bowl.
- Pour the milk into the pumpkin, about more than half of the pumpkin, and heat it in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Take out, and then mix the milk with the pulp. You can add some salt and pepper for seasoning.
