Ōmi beef is wagyū (Japanese beef) originating in the Shiga Prefecture, Japan and it is the oldest beef brand.
The marbling grade is A5, M11, incredibly rare to find especially outside of Japan. It is perfect for sizzling allowing the fat to melt and release all it flavour.
