Spanish Brand Olis Sole has been a family business for 7 generations since 1824, they have been milling and bottling olive oil in the family's mill in the Mont-roig del Camp.

Ester Sole DOP Siurana is their first bottled extra virgin olive oil, the olive oil obtained after a careful process of selection and elaboration of Arbequina olives, certified by the PDO Siurana.

The Siurana DOP only certifies extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality that is created within the protected area, according to the European PDO regulations.
