Stilton, this blue cheese is made from locally produced cow's pasteurised milk.  It contains delicate blue veins that radiate from the center of the cheese. It has a creamy, crumbly, and smooth texture, with powerful flavour and the distinctive aftertaste.

Best to serve Blue Stilton at room temperature, with salty crackers and wine.
