This product requires previous preparation to be consumed: either by boiling for 10 minutes or rehydration in water for 20 minutes, change the water, and soak for another 20 minutes (its dried weight increases five-fold).
Serving suggestions: Rehydrated and boiled in salads, as a garnish in fish or meat dishes. As an ingredient for pasta, rice, stews, soups, scrambled eggs, croquettes, and canapés.
