Certified Organic Australian Grass Fed Tenderloin beef. Grass fed beef is lean and tenderloin is the most tender, fine grained and juicy of beef cuts. Tenderloin can be roasted, grilled or pan fried. Small steak cuts are used for Filet Mignon while thicker parts are used for Chateaubriand.
If you would like it left as one piece for roasting, please indicate in preparation instruction during checkout. By default we cut it into steaks.
