Haddock is a member of the cod family, it has a very mild flavor, slightly sweet, with white flesh and finer flakes than cod.
They’re great for grilling or searing because they don’t overcook as easily. The classic Maine tradition is battered and fried as fish and chips.
This versatile fish is also excellent baked, poached, or in chowders - and unlike the codfish, fries nicely in the pan.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
The Fillets are varied in size, so may delivered in two to three pcs.
