D-rump, also known as top sirloin, is a thick piece of meat that sits between the sirloin and topside. This cut is perfect for grilling, broiling, sautéing, or pan-frying. A great all-rounder piece, the d-rump is a little firmer in texture; perfect for a variety of cooking methods.
