WAGYU X: 400-Day Grain Fed F1 Wagyu is crossing the two most proven marbling breeds, Wagyu and Black Angus, our F1 product is bred for flavour. Juicy and succulent, this beef is a truly unique eating experience.
The beef short ribs are located on the left and right sides of the ribcage, well-marbled and evenly distributed, and the meat is delicious and tender. Because of its succulent texture, it is suitable for frying, grilling or hot pot.
