The lobster tail is arguably the most popular part of a lobster, it is the ultimate luxury in any dinner or occasion! Indulge in the easiest, most succulent meat and enjoy the exceptional taste and texture.
Frozen lobster tails are best suited for barbecue or grilling whole or half, steam or boiling is not recommended, as after thawing, the meat will easily break, affecting the taste.
Roasting: Thaw the lobster tails, rinse, and dry, cut along the sides of the shell, and make a slash in the middle. Marinate with salt and pepper, put butter, herbs, and olive oil on top, preheat the oven to 200°C, and bake for around 10-15 minutes until cooked.
Grilling: Thaw the lobster tail, rinse, and dry. Cut it in half and place it on the stove until half-cooked. Sprinkle with minced garlic. When cooked, sprinkle with grated cheese.
One pack includes two lobster tails, each piece is around 4-5oz.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below
All the lobsters are wild-caught. The lobster tails may have variations in colour depending on the specific habitat and diet
