Fresh Meats NZ is an animal slaughtering and meat processing company located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. It processes more than 250,000 sheep every year and exports them to Europe, North America and Asia.
They use minimal machinery and equipment and increase the use of hand-made methods to produce mutton products, which are more flexible and more efficient than ordinary large meat processing companies.
The sheep are grass-fed and free-range on New Zealand's North Island farms, so the mutton is very tender.
